Lose Weight By Eating Your Breakfast

Weight-watchers, be warned. Skipping meals to lose weight is bound to backfire on you. When you don't eat breakfast, you are more prone to overeating and this translates to taking in more calories than you really need. Take note that it has been at least eight hours since your last meal. On the average, an individual will grow hungry every four hours. Even while you're asleep, you're using energy, which means your body is already in a starved state by morning. If you don't eat anything to start your day and opt to get lunch instead, you're practically forcing your body to run on empty. That's more than sixteen hours of food deprivation.
